Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in crafting luxurious fragrances of the highest quality. However, if you need to make a return, we are here to assist you under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used fragrance products.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at magique@potionparis.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances, as we cannot guarantee product integrity once opened.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products not purchased directly from our official website.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
