The Potion Paris Crystal Vial is a 50ml refillable crystal bottle of perfume at 25% concentration, sprayed, priced £165 or £200 depending on the fragrance. The Potion Pendant is a 24k gold-plated pendant at £240 that holds a 3ml capsule of concentrated perfume oil and applies it with a rollerball.
The Potion Paris FAQ states that each vial contains 25% perfume concentration, which is the house specification for the Crystal Vial rather than a figure borrowed from the wider Eau de Parfum category.

£240 buys the Potion Pendant on its own, together with a uniquely numbered Authenticity Card. The Potion Pendant product page is listed as Pendant Only and states that the refills, the Potion Paris Necklace and the Bag & Key Charm are sold separately.
There is no combined price to quote. Potion Paris does not sell a pendant-and-capsule bundle on that page, so the £240 pendant and any 3ml capsule are separate purchases at separate prices. How do you refill the Potion Pendant?
You open the Potion Pendant, drop in a Potion Paris 3ml refill capsule and secure the cap so the rollerball is ready to use. That sequence is the one given on the Potion Pendant product page. The pendant takes concentrated perfume oil only.
The Potion Paris FAQ says alcohol-based perfumes may damage the rollerball mechanism or the pendant itself, so a Crystal Vial cannot be decanted into a Potion Pendant.
